It's collaborative - We work across disciplines and do not have department silos. It's fun - it's a creative environment.

Feeling like my work makes a contribution to the agency. I personally feel that way but I also feel recognized from others.

They are smart, earnest people. I feel like my values align with C-K's value system and the culture of company starts at the top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The time off. It's abundant and allows me to balance work and personal life. I'm very happy with my salary and benefits too.
