They need to start focusing on future of the company and stop doing short cuts to deliver things
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When there is no vertical progression then you look for benefits and pay raise which is not happening.
There is no raise structure for hourly employees (I am an hourly associate who is not paid under the performance-based-compensation model).
