Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When there is no vertical progression then you look for benefits and pay raise which is not happening.
There is no raise structure for hourly employees (I am an hourly associate who is not paid under the performance-based-compensation model).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Passion about what we do
I'm surrounded by people who are all continuously improving, who are fun and funny, supportive, and hard working.
