Extremely unorganized & poor management

There are daily changes in expectations, policy and procedures with little to know real training for roll outs. There is micromanagement like I have never experienced in my 20 year career. If you have real banking skills and understand the law or mathematics , you will not be accepted. Cliquish.

Very disorganized. Constant contradiction in policies and procedures. There is constant micromanaging throughout the workday. There is no consideration for work like balance.

Not the worst. But, not the best. I make a strong salary but the job isn't worth it most days.

Better leadership that cares , responsive and do things by the book. They move with urgency ONLY when higher ups are in their backs. Other then that they will let u fail and continue to fail and let you know at the last mintue that your failing
