They need to listen to their employees not just hear them. We do the job everyday, we know how it can be run. Pay people that have more skill at operating equipment.

Leadership needs to listen to their employees more. We are out there dealing with guests, equipment, and our jobs daily. We have a better idea of how things are actually working rather than how management expects things to work.

More remote time, more salary.

I'm skilled at running equipment, but I don't get paid for it. Other people are not skilled at running equipment, so they don't have to run it and get paid the same as me.

The pay is no longer competitive. We used to be paid comparatively or better than other companies with a much better benefits package than most area employers. This is no longer the case. The benefits are ridiculously expensive and our pay has lagged behind many outside employers.

It's not exactly my position that is the issue, it is those of the people who work for me. Others in the same field make $2 to $4 higher at other locations. I just wish they would look into it further, maybe staff would stay longer

It starts with giving us enough supplies to do our job. Coworkers hoard supplies and don't share.

Better pay, if we had it I think there would be less stressed over money.

I struggle with supplies everyday. People hoard supplies and have a bad attitude. The environment is not comfortable. People hide out so it puts more work on me. The people that work get more pressure put on them. We need more teamwork and not laziness.

The management (mostly direct supervisors)needs to look out for the employees rather than themselves and their favorites
