What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is some effort to engage staff with the new leadership, as well as a bit more concern about our well being.
Very approachable -- all have open door policy and listen to employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to be more understanding of teachers needs
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's decent money for the hours worked.
Leave and holidays -- plenty of them.
We got a large raise this year

What are some of the best things about your team?
Diversity in terms of culture and experience. Work extremely well together.
I work with a team of dedicated professionals
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There needs to be merit increases, some reward for good work, and a culture where the rules and playing field are the same for everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with children is a privilege. Some staff is great, some not so much.
No back-stabbing. Everyone pulls together to help move forward.

I liked that it was easy to move around inside the school system.
Simple and straightforward. Set of questions covers a broad range of possible job openings.
I liked that all those interviewing me were friendly.

Knowing that I made a different for a kid, even if it's just showing them kindness.
The pace and seeing the product used by the customer.
