This job has given me more autonomy and freedom than any other job in my life. Its almost like I dont have a job, but still get paid. I get paid to think things up and all I have to do is know their products well to do it.

it feels more like a family than a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that I get to be home, and things are not incredibly time intensive. I get to spend time with my newborn and dont feel like I am under a microscope. Leadership trusts that I do the job and that is that.
