Maybe in a more professional setting. Asking what your strengths and weaknesses are. Getting to know your employees a little better.
What makes you most happy at work?
Besides the great team I worked with, seeing that smile on customers face. They are the reason why we have a job

Management has attitudes that need to be adjusted. They do not want any of their employees to have fun.
