Staffing issues no incentive for employees

If you want to be treated like a disposable tool work here

The GW MFA is a good old white boys club. Intimidation, retaliation, and bullying are all widespread and tolerated. There is significant pay discrepancies and benefit differences between male and female physicians and in the end the Chair's main concern is $

No support from administration including HR

Great leaders all the time

The business office is incompetent. New leadership is needed. The IT department is worthless. The finance and tecnology systems dont work.

Supporting their team and basic leadership skills

Have a no harassment and bullying policy among staff

Caring for their employees who are not recognized for their dedication and talents

The health benefits are expensive abd don't cover my family's baduc needs. They say that they pay market rate for managers but i know for a fact that other hospitals in the area pay better than here. I plan on leaving before the holidays.

I haven't gotten a raise in 3 years and they said they don't plan on giving us one. They told us to stop asking.

Infrastructure needs work overall. It genuinely seems that the new CEO is working on improving things

Misery loves company? We care about our patients. That's what kerps us going. If I could simpky do my job using systems that worked so that i got to spend more time with them and less time on the phone or email trying to get the simplest thing done, i might not mind the lower paycheck.

Dedicated to good care of our patients

My team and I work together. We encourage each other..We see each other as equals and we know it's about the patients and we get the job done. Even when our managers and supervisors don't show us appreciation we show it for each other.

I love my coworkers, them ladies were awesome. They help me overcome a lot physically and emotionally. I can do without the management they are just there for show and tell.

Hire the right people and PAY them.

Everything. It's not just me who feels like this. The environment is toxic.

The administration and all leaders

The interview process was slow to start. It took a while but once I got in and met with people, it was mostky good. I knew where i was going and who i was meeting with.

I was interviewed by the staff that I would be working with . The staff that knows the job and they were able to give me the information about what I would be doing on a day to day bases

Again the leadership team in the upper management office have to show that they care for their employees. People will work hard for you when they feel appreciated. They have to speak when they see you in the halls. They have to listen to employees before making decisions that overwhelm their staff

Favoritism, retaliation, targeting, bullying by management and HR dept. Listen to your support staff and support them emotionally. They need a moral boost.
