The business office is incompetent. New leadership is needed. The IT department is worthless. The finance and tecnology systems dont work.

Communication, transparency, work/life balance, compensation, etc.
Have a no harassment and bullying policy among staff
Caring for their employees who are not recognized for their dedication and talents
The leadership team needs to listen to the people that do the work on a day to day bases before making drastic decisions that affect their employees who will be doing the extra work. Leadership needs to stop with looking down on others and speak hello never hurt anyone.

They need to get better with their communication with their employees. Stop the favoritism, bullying, retaliation, and targeting. They need to revamp the entire company starting from the top....
