Horrible over the past few months, leading to severe depression and anxiety.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The support staff (medical Assistant, sonographers, providers etc..)
What did you like most about the interview process?
The image they gave you about how excellent it would be to work at the MFA.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Favoritism, retaliation, targeting, bullying by management and HR dept. Listen to your support staff and support them emotionally. They need a moral boost.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I haven't gotten a raise in 3 years and they said they don't plan on giving us one. They told us to stop asking.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to get better with their communication with their employees. Stop the favoritism, bullying, retaliation, and targeting. They need to revamp the entire company starting from the top....
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my coworkers, them ladies were awesome. They help me overcome a lot physically and emotionally. I can do without the management they are just there for show and tell.
