What are some of the best things about your team? It's not a meeting, it's a hit and smear campaign. Someone gets singled out for being an idiot and how useless they are. Total blame game.
What are some of the best things about your team? Some are good at sharing the workload. Not all are. Interaction is discouraged by management. Talking and ideas are suppressed.
What did you like most about the interview process?Smiles and everyone seemed friendly. Sure is different once you get hired
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation? They make us work extra for no extra pay. Being treated like valuable employees, and giving raises would go a long way, as well as not committing wage theft.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Caring about their people, and not screwing them over for the bottom line, This place makes plenty of money, so to treat employees the way they do is utterly preposterous.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Management show some concern about employees. Pizza for lunch on Fridays. Instead of fostering divisions with the employees, stop encouraging employees to turn on each other and run to management to try and get their fellow employees fired. Making someone else look bad does not make you look good
We are committed to developing positive and trusting partnerships with landowners that will last for the lifetime of each energy project.
