What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable and helpful.
Seem to encourage people to give their best. Straight forward communication

They have a clear plan and communicate constantly e.g. we have a weekly all-hands company meeting.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team does not really care about the people. They care about other people who they worked with at previous companies. This groupism leads to a bias in judgment, impacts company culture and results in poor decision making.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare coverage is reasonable and unlimited PTO
Competitive compensation with good perks.
The stock is actually worth something
I think the comp package is fair

People are all really engaged and motivated.
Lots of communication. Free lunches (pre-COVID)
Great camaraderie and positive environment for collaboration and receiving inputs from everyone across the company.
