What are company outings like at Trucking?
We don't tend to have many company outings.
What is the daily attire at Trucking?
In the dispatch office, casual office attire. In the truck, clean work wear (i.e., jeans or similar work pants and shirt, without offensive prints, holes or stains.
What is Trucking's policy towards pets in the workplace?
Depends on the company and the position. Some pets are allowed in the truck with the drivers. A few smaller offices sometimes allow a pet, but I don't believe that is very common.

Office: nice clothes & be clean & presentable. Driver: clean clothes. Dock: nothing ratty or homeless looking.

The lady who was to be my mgr gave me my interview. I was hired after a ten minute conversation & started the next day.

About half our total workforce is either black or Hispanic. I am including drivers, dock personnel and office staff.
How do I do well in an interview at Trucking?
Simple: most freight companies are down to earth, straight forward types. Look them in the eye & answer questions and give info in a straight forward manner. Be alert and loose any attitude towards a previous employer or the world in general before that interview. Be presentable, clean clothes etc. DO NOT LIE!!!!

Customer base / revenues are growing. Admin is playing catchup but we have good people in that capacity & the girls there will do their part.
