laid back and very knowledgeable

I work directly for the owners. They are as hard working & committed to making things work as the rank & file.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Honor, Respect and Compassion for the position/role that their drivers both hold carry out to both be away from home, family and everything that their drivers are working to provide for, and humane compassion, consideration for each individual drivers age, health and time/years of service dedicated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It compensates me and my family

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued due to the verbal abuse and accusations that I’ve been a victim of lately in my 17 year Driving career “By both Dispatch and CEO’s of the Trucking Company” Shorting me on my Paychecks, harassing me when I’m off and not feeling well, Talking to me like a child & No retirement pay
I dont get paid what i deserve. I work too hard and dont get paid enough
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all good looking
everyone strives to make the company the best it can be
we all work together pretty well for the most part
They have to ability to come to an agreement on something and carry out their plans accordingly
They do their jobs

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its family orientated well daily
all employees from top to bottom are focused on a job done well
everyone is friendly & positive, and tries to make it better
the vibes of the people
I have a certain amount of freedom to get my job done as I see how to do it

Respect!! Humane Respect for people

What I liked most about the interview process? Is the fact that she was very straight to the point and polite.

What makes you most happy at work?
Honesty.. Mature Realistic Communication and Understanding, Love and Respect for Each individual, A Conscious willing Acceptance to take a lost from time to time.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
One: More Home Time Two: Better Financial Compensation and Retirement Packages for Truck Drivers. Like Railroad Retirement and Military Retirement pay. Truck Drivers Leave their homes and Risk their lives to serve the Country too!
