What do you like best about the leadership team?
We all are a team and work together
They manage things well in terms of macromanagement.
They are honest and fair
I like the way the leadership team focus on making sure the employees are trained for the next level of their employment

Hiring more diverse younger leaders. All 60+ white guys.

The best things about my team is, working together if their is a problem the whole team is involved not one team member is left out of the picture
