What's the internship program like at Kepler Group?
Kepler runs a full scale intern program every year, with rising seniors placed in every department. Intern are given real projects that impact the business -- and return rates for full time employment are healthy.
How does Kepler Group handle HR issues?
Kepler is definitely still a startup so doesn't have a full HR department. Therefore, management has to step in to help resolve most issues but my experience is that they handle every issue with sensitivity and transparency.
