What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fair, understanding, equitable. I would say that they are always willing to listen, but may not always have the time available to discuss concerns or other matters beyond work at times.
They have their employees backs, appreciate a good job, and give us good places to work in.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is comprehensive and includes wellness program benefits.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe their retention and attrition is of some concern overall. The turnover has appeared to me internally as a much higher than desirable number. I think if they focused on increasing wages and compensation, it could make up for the expectations of overall work productivity.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Working with like minded caring individuals. We have each other’s back
We are a cohesive unit, no in fighting, and we support each other.
