What did you like most about the interview process?
The in-depth and complexity of interviews as well as the level of commitment they have to the employee.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Fair, understanding, equitable. I would say that they are always willing to listen, but may not always have the time available to discuss concerns or other matters beyond work at times.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe their retention and attrition is of some concern overall. The turnover has appeared to me internally as a much higher than desirable number. I think if they focused on increasing wages and compensation, it could make up for the expectations of overall work productivity.
