Very committed people, hard working, caring about company results

Less email, more face-to-face communication

Promote the right people and get rid of dead weight

What makes you most happy at work?
When I clock in and approach my lead and they have a plan for the day. I am given directive, and left to do the job.
Independence, autonomy, people, learning, exciting challenges
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
On time delivery and order/shipping errors. Need to minimize manual systems.
