I was challenged by the work, and it’s what you make of it. I wish I had the sales support to help grow the market, and they actually believed in hiring the right talent to enable growth within the markets.

Ok. They were fun and informative.
What's one thing you wish you'd known before joining Strive consulting?
That they need to have better belief in their employees, and listen to their needs and act on improvement suggestions in a timely manner. The operations need major improvement.

It wasn’t th best, management is difficult to work with and has struggled with growth. The treat people great on the way in, and it goes downhill from there.

You shouldn’t be in the office, you should be out at client sites.

What's the vibe like in the Product dept at Strive consulting? How many hours are you working?
There are some great consultants at Strive, and it can be a very fun environment. This is 45-55 hour a week type of environment, if you want to thrive. Again, this is a consulting firm that dabbles in product through Agile transformations, or staff augmentation.
How's the leadership on the Product team at Strive consulting?
Depending on office location you get different levels of support around consulting and staffing. This is not a product focused organization.
What's the Product team like at Strive consulting?
The best product people are no longer with the organization. They understand Agile very well, but lack pure product people.
