Corporate leadership and direction is lacking. Some teams within the company (QA and marketing) do not seem to be held to any kind of standard, with the same mistakes happening over and over.
If you could fix one thing about your team, what would it be?
Literally everything. Stronger leadership, clear goals and communication, reliability, attention to detail, and execution.
Better communication.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation at My.com?

In the gaming industry I notice multiple companies with the same positions and roles that get paid 10-15k more than those with the role here

What does the leadership team at My.com need to get better at?

Ultimately, top leadership needs to focus on creating and maintaining quality products. Most notably, little to no effort is put towards QA or marketing. There's only so much employees can do when top leadership seems to not care about the quality of the games.
Leadership team needs to get better at keeping all people accountable, making sure people get their job descriptions done, and teamwork.
Does My.com have any remote positions?
Yes. Quite a few employees work remotely, including most if not all of those based in North America.

At the top level, company culture seems to only revolve around revenue but without the effort needed to produce quality products to bring in that revenue. At the lower level, it's casual if largely ineffective.

Luckily many people can work from home, however sometimes they may feel left out of important decisions. Team culture should be unison.

Team needs to work on daily activities better. Weekly goals should always be met. More communication and teamwork combined. Less attitude.
