  • Corporate leadership and direction is lacking. Some teams within the company (QA and marketing) do not seem to be held to any kind of standard, with the same mistakes happening over and over.

    Ultimately, top leadership needs to focus on creating and maintaining quality products. Most notably, little to no effort is put towards QA or marketing. There's only so much employees can do when top leadership seems to not care about the quality of the games.

  • Leadership team needs to get better at keeping all people accountable, making sure people get their job descriptions done, and teamwork.

    At the top level, company culture seems to only revolve around revenue but without the effort needed to produce quality products to bring in that revenue. At the lower level, it's casual if largely ineffective.
