Caring and working together, some need to grow up as well. Is not all about them.
Ultimately, top leadership needs to focus on creating and maintaining quality products. Most notably, little to no effort is put towards QA or marketing. There's only so much employees can do when top leadership seems to not care about the quality of the games.
Leadership team needs to get better at keeping all people accountable, making sure people get their job descriptions done, and teamwork.

They are frugal about compensating staff at market rates.
Low pay, lack of benefits, and no apparent path for career advancement.
In the gaming industry I notice multiple companies with the same positions and roles that get paid 10-15k more than those with the role here

Team needs to work on daily activities better. Weekly goals should always be met. More communication and teamwork combined. Less attitude.

Management team needs to live the core values themselves and not just require it of subordinates. When you are being stretch to the limit and others are going to play golf on company time there is a big disconnect.
Luckily many people can work from home, however sometimes they may feel left out of important decisions. Team culture should be unison.

Leadership needs adjustment, they need to show that they are there in the trenches when needed. Only a couple of the leaders are doing that
Corporate leadership and direction is lacking. Some teams within the company (QA and marketing) do not seem to be held to any kind of standard, with the same mistakes happening over and over.
All people should be working on projects equally, be held accountable, better task management. More team meetings. Passion from everyone.
