How's the vacation policy at WSDOT?
paid leave accrues at 8 hours of vacation, and 8 hours of sick time per month to start, and vacation hours go up with years of service. You can have a maximum of 240 vacation hours at the time if your service anniversary, and there is no limit to the amount of sick time you can accrue.
