My immediate management is supportive and always willing to help. Too executive management may be too far removed from day to day to understand the struggles we encounter.

Medical, dental are good for the area. Pay is above average, vacation package is excellent.

Communication is maintained among the teams.
Very diverse culture allowing us to learn more about other languages, cultures etc.

Getting to meet the team I would be working for, making a connection with them. Very forthright about the job and I was thrilled to get an offer.

Nothing to be happy about.
Working from home is a huge plus - mostly driven by Covid, but hoping it will stay!
