I'm very new, but I would say my experience has been very positive, stable, and encouraging. There is sometimes a slight tension of trying something new for a different result vs. doing the same thing that's always been done. But overall, this organization is jumping into new, innovative actions!

People are genuinely kind, without any ulterior motive or false angle. Although there might be disagreements here or there, everybody is on the same team, working toward a mission that is important to everyone.
