Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We do way too much to only be paid minimum wage. I believe we should at least be paid $2-$3 more an hour and be given more than 3 sick days through the year
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the people whom have been here the longest actually work where as all newer employees sit around and watch us do it all.
