I feel like they use the excuse of being non-profit as an excuse to not pay us what we are worth, but consistently talk about how much money we've collected or brought in. We have families too and would like to take care of them without worrying about a bill or groceries.

I think we are to old to have "clicks" at work, and trying to get people fired because of personal differences. Very petty towards each other.
Fix our building that is falling apart and get us supplies that we need such as a good vein light. Better sleeper chairs for parents and get rid of double rooms!
