What did you like most about the interview process?I met with the manager there who I still know and work with after 3 years. Seemed very eager to hire me and asked simple questions of requirements they had.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Getting to know managers who have been there for several years and have seen it all helps when you deal with similar issues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Everyone has a specific job or responsibility they are good at maintaining.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Ensuring proper training for new employees who have never worked in a restaurant before. Consistent employee meetings once a month to go over any issues. Communication is severely lacking , corporate input on helping employees and monitoring owners.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?This was my first job and was grateful to make above minimum wage. After the first year I became a manger and saw a pay increase. I have been here for 3 years and have not seen another increase as I’m pulling the weight of 2 employees single handedly
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Dont feel like i get paid enough for my work history and experience with the company. Some form of benefits would compensate such as insurance or a raise
