Building a great culture and engaging the rest of the employees.
Not much, they are doing well.
The bonus structure is needlessly complicated and often very difficult to tie back into my work. I doubt we'll even get a bonus this year, though that is certainly not due to any decisions I made or lack of follow through on my part.
PTO and benefits are standard, but at the minimum. Nothing exciting.
Senior leadership is full of self-important bullies that have poor business skills and worse interpersonal skills.
Better work/life balance and autonomy -- namely, letting me work out my in office vs remote schedule with my manager; better PTO and holidays (we don't even get the day after Thanksgiving off!), and having a manager who actually has time to have 1:1s.

This business model seems really dated overall, and I haven't seen a lot of interesting innovation. I do not think this business will last.
Our customer service teams and technicians are undervalued, and our processes are cumbersome.
There's a real lack of innovation or any concern about how top-heavy and disengaged this company is. No interest from the 3 leaders who run everything on hearing new ideas or feedback. They always know best. Due to industry changes and some pretty poor decisions, I don't think this company will last
I've seen some really negative feedback from our service provider partners. I think we can do better in supporting them and get more coverage to meet SLAs
Customers are allowed to walk all over team members.
