It's comprehensive and a well padded with benefits I'm not used to having from most small companies. The unlimited PTO is also a great motivator because I no longer have to worry about taking time off and feeling like I won't get paid if I need more than two weeks.

We all get along well and actually feel like family. We all work really hard to make sure we support each other both at work and personally.
