What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their honest and very reliable
They are completely open and transparent. Always willing to share what's going on with the company and answer any questions we might have. They really make sure we feel like we have a say in how the company operates.
All the organations and team work

What is the best part about your compensation package?
very great pay and great wages.
Being tied to the exchange rate
Stock options and RSUs on top of base pay and commission
Stock options, open vacation policy
It's comprehensive and a well padded with benefits I'm not used to having from most small companies. The unlimited PTO is also a great motivator because I no longer have to worry about taking time off and feeling like I won't get paid if I need more than two weeks.

What are some of the best things about your team?
very Loyal and honest to each other
Great set of engineers with a passion for what they do.
We all get along well and actually feel like family. We all work really hard to make sure we support each other both at work and personally.
Mostly brilliant people who left bigger companies to have a larger impact. All great to work with.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More activities at the office, benefits like parking or lunch

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
very independent and reliable always
At the edge of technology, growing company, new challenges
Fast paced, engaging and fosters personal and career growth
Weekly catered lunches and free snacks at the office
The fact that everyone is always willing to listen to each other, work with each other to solve issues that arise and no the fact that no matter what your position is in the company the executives listen and take action when someone points out a better way to do something.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Make the environment more inclusive and do more to show the team support and appreciation
What did you like most about the interview process?
their easy questions. very fast
Being able to interview with the CEO directly.
The fact you get to speak to many different people in the company, learning not just what your role may be, but how others work as well.
