What is the best part about your compensation package?

very great pay and great wages.

Being tied to the exchange rate

Stock options and RSUs on top of base pay and commission

It's comprehensive and a well padded with benefits I'm not used to having from most small companies. The unlimited PTO is also a great motivator because I no longer have to worry about taking time off and feeling like I won't get paid if I need more than two weeks.

My insurance is fully paid for

I wish we had more flexibility in benefits that was on par with larger companies. The cost is also pretty high.
