The stress of trucks and stocking while being timed is suspenseful.

Togetherness people skills and just willingness to teach
We all have something to bring to the table
Laughter no matter how many hours we make it work for all of us

We work together in spite of our leadership working against us

Some are great and some are not so great.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The time I spent there was very nice
Safety first for customer as well as the staff
The customers are awesome. They make it fun.
The other customers i deal with on a daily basis.
We are customer oriented always.

One on one with management and being open minded

Friendly smiles working with coworkers keeping busy

I love helping customer a and making them laugh.
When the day is positive.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Quicker frontend check out but that is their complaint in every store.
