My leadership team is incredibly diverse and helps create a collaborative and comfortable space.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Feedback culture. Ntiva has been working to entice the "open-door policy" as well as pushing peer-to-peer feedback. This is feedback that's positive, negative and/or constructive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The overall environment is very casual and everyone treats one another as family. That's needed in the workplace as most of us spend more time in the office than at home with our families.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Both my direct and indirect benefits are amazing. I am under 26, so my parents still have me on their insurance - but my compensation package offers free benefits for Vision and Dental!
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is focused and on their toes at all times. The drive and vibe of the office entirely helps me hone in on my own strengths and weaknesses - pushing me to be the best!
What did you like most about the interview process?
For my specific position, I interviewed with the HR Manager as well as the CEO of the company. Both of them were very open-ended and made me feel comfortable from the first hand shake to the last.
