What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO and tuition reimbursement. Medical is okay.
Being a sales person, I like my competitive Commission structure
well rounded compensation package that includes gym membership, bonuses, 401(K) match, benefits premium contribution and training fee reimbursement

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
New hires are being brought in at significantly higher salaries than existing staff in the same position
higher contribution to 401k and medical.
Like any small company, it's hard for Ntiva to provide comprehensive benefits packages that meet everyone's needs. Retirement account matching could be better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work together and help each other out.
Workers care, but management doesn't show the same care

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Ntiva environment encourages healthy competition which rewards system. This keeps the work place environment challenging and motivating.

The people are fantastic, and there's a good deal of focus on growth internally.

The interview process was very transparent and the interviewer detailed out a clear growth path.

My interview occurred some time ago before the current systems were in place. It was pretty casual, but gave me a good idea of the company culture, mission, and goals.

The overall environment is very casual and everyone treats one another as family. That's needed in the workplace as most of us spend more time in the office than at home with our families.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Turnover is horrendous. Management says they want to fix this but does nothing to actively improve things. Only money matters to this company.
Company only cares about money, not employees.
