Easy questions if you're an experienced tech
The interview process was very transparent and the interviewer detailed out a clear growth path.

My interview occurred some time ago before the current systems were in place. It was pretty casual, but gave me a good idea of the company culture, mission, and goals.
Interview process was quick and informative.
For my specific position, I interviewed with the HR Manager as well as the CEO of the company. Both of them were very open-ended and made me feel comfortable from the first hand shake to the last.
Organized, interview took place in a timely manner. IT was more of a 2 way discussion and transparent.
