help people be more grounded and calm while still showing urgency to their colleagues and clients.
Cultivate employee relationships, invest in employee perks, reward employees for good performance, be mindful of burnout (we all know this is a high level point in the IT industry)
How's the feedback process at Ntiva, Inc.?
ok. we have systems that help support it and also just did a training to have a true feedback culture
Peer to peer and open door feedback is one of the best things at Ntiva. Everyone does their part in realizing your strengths which makes it easier to share with other people, helps understand that we are doing a good job and pushes us to continue our work here at Ntiva. Culture feedback – idea is that you are giving pure feedback and allowing the opposing person to know strengths and weaknesses without having to wait until any particular meeting, which allows everyone to grow and implemented throughout Ntiva.

I am very excited to be a part of the Ntiva community. The culture in and out of the office is inviting and including to everyone. No need to feel like you need to adapt as everyone is diverse and different.

Ntiva does conduct a background check within the hiring process but does not drug test to my knowledge.

I met with the HR Manager and the CEO of Ntiva for my initial interview. I heard back from them the same day of my interview.
What's the work from home policy like at Ntiva, Inc.?
for most roles (including mine) i can work from anywhere as long as my job is getting done.
As long as you are completing the work/responsibilities you have, you are able to work from anywhere.
How does Ntiva, Inc. handle HR issues?
swiftly and with appropriate discretion. I personally witnessed a few and was impressed. Still a little too much drama for my liking with other people around me making up their own impression. I trust our HR Manager and believe she is doing what is right and fair, handling almost everything with confidentially to respect the people.
