Being treated exceptionally well! The care for the employees is something that I have never witnessed elsewhere. I cant actually say that I love working for Heath Consutlants.
Working with Heath Consultants, I have been impressed many times over. The supervisors and higher ups care about their teams. This is something hard to find. The work is constant and the pay is good. I hope to be with the company for years to come.
Good, but they laid me off and stopped communicating with me altogether.

better communication. try to be on the same page to some extent.
Improve work conditions, hire sufficient staff to meet the work load, increase pay to a reasonably competitive level
