well communication could be better. sometimes customer service is not that great, but it pay the bills. my co workers keep me going.
The leadership team is only concerned with increasing the profit margin that lines their pockets, they do not care at all about entry level, or middle management employees. They attempt to compensate for the poor working conditions by blaming our client, or accusing employees of not working hard

Heath Pays 30-40% below the median income for equivalent positions at other companies in the same industry. The benefits are extremely limited, and over-prices exaggerating the impact of the already low wages. I actively avoid telling people how little I earn for the work I do.

better communication. try to be on the same page to some extent.
Most of my co-workers are good people, who work hard to try to make things better for one another, in-spite of the upper managements constant barrage of attacks

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Being treated exceptionally well! The care for the employees is something that I have never witnessed elsewhere. I cant actually say that I love working for Heath Consutlants.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company tries to press for Team work among employees and a sense of community, but then sabotages its own efforts continuously, by trying to turn employees on each other for competition sake
