The Unlimited time off is a nice option

Sharing vision. Connecting with departments outside of the facilities.

Good people. Willing and wanting to find solutions together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The majority of the people will put their self interest aside and work together
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was odd times with COVID. I appreciated working out the technical part before the interviews
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
People need to be held accountable. Senior leaders need to walk the talk and just be real.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Collaborate better. There are some people I enjoy working with and they collaborate well and then there are others that are sneaky and will agree and then do whatever they want.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There’s a lack of understanding the effort it takes to accomplish the things being asked of us. Resources are stretched very thin. Lots of competing priorities and lack of accountability. The vision isn’t clear, the CEO is not personable. He does have some good people under him.
