Care about each other as people, want to see each other grow

we can talk to each other about issue and not run to management about every little thing

They are fair and helpful to each other

We work well together to take care of all the patients

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Collaborate better. There are some people I enjoy working with and they collaborate well and then there are others that are sneaky and will agree and then do whatever they want.

They could be nicer and less lazy.
