It is an okay place to work. Most people are nice but the people that are super negative never get in trouble for this.

They could be nicer and less lazy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most of the people that i work with are super nice and make the environment friendly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
budgeting. we are always under strict budget which affects our ability to gain the supplies we need in a timely manner.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Employees should (and could!!) be compensated better for their time. We are a very high pace office with minimal errors. Our staff is underpaid. Lazy people get away with sitting around doing nothing because GHS is afraid to cause a stink and fire people.
