People need to be held accountable. Senior leaders need to walk the talk and just be real.
Go back to one on one interview process versus a bunch of people asking questions. Feels very intimidating like being "ganged up on."

There’s a lack of understanding the effort it takes to accomplish the things being asked of us. Resources are stretched very thin. Lots of competing priorities and lack of accountability. The vision isn’t clear, the CEO is not personable. He does have some good people under him.
Employees should (and could!!) be compensated better for their time. We are a very high pace office with minimal errors. Our staff is underpaid. Lazy people get away with sitting around doing nothing because GHS is afraid to cause a stink and fire people.
