We're a very small company, but there is great flexibility. If someone needs to take personal time, as long as it's not seen as abusing the system due to amount, they normally can. Health benefits and sick time start at three months. There are five days of sick leave, three of which can carry over to the next year per year. The health plan is a high deductible plan, which comes with pros and cons. It's through Cigna.
