What do you like best about the leadership team?
its greate we are like brothers
Flexibility, punctuality, neatness, and helpful
Most of the leadership lead by example. They do not have the "do as I say, not as I do" approach in the workplace.
they are all friendly an easy to get along with

I have been employed at Allied Universal for 4 years, never missed a day, never had a raise and still only making $9.75 per hour
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Everything about the package is the best.
The company matched contribution in the retirement plan.
There is nothing spectacular about it
health care is more than fair
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A raise in pay would be great
cannot even afford the health insurance, way too expensive
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all motivated just as much as I am.
Everyone has each other's backs when it comes to the administrative level of employees.

They can mind they own business
must communicate more between coordinators and sales people.

Interacting with people and guests .
The company is based on customer service so everyone will usually be in a uplifted mood.

they need to raise the pay and lower cost of benefits

People able to do my hw and get personal things done.
Knowing that I receive an excellent pay check for the level of work that I perform.
