paid on time and regularly

Salary is very low compared to the workload. Their requirement is high and if they want us to provide excellent service, they should pay us more.

easy to communicate on forum
Each one is nice and they are competent and talented. I can learn a lot from them.

Increase salary or offer incentives to make employee feel to work continueally
