insightsoftware is only concerned with growth. The people internally and the customer base are rarely a consideration. Hard work for mediocre pay and the looming threat of your job being offshored is the culture.

Just awful. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They will lie and distort everything to get you in the door. And as soon as you are there, you realize how much of a mistake you made. It's common for people to leave during orientation.

The Executive Leadership Team has a small company mindset and big company dreams. They have not prepared the company for the rapid expansion by ensuring the necessary tools and processes are in place for success. Each new acquisition is a testament to how unprepared insightsoftware is.

Honesty, ethics, business practices, and management.

Town Hall meetings are all about how the company is growing and making more money. However, the majority of workers are still grossly underpaid within the market space. They have done the market research, they should use it to pay people appropriately.

Pay is far below competitive. Managers are inexperienced and the place is a revolving door. Most people don't make it past a year here because management is so poor.

My team is hard working and has the customer's best interest at heart. They go above and beyond try to make the best out of bad situations.

Almost everything. Everyone is miserable, underpaid, and overworked

Growth through acquisition is difficult but when there is a lack of communication with the acquired company, the top talent finds new jobs, and you are left with mediocrity. Customers notice the sudden lack of knowledge immediately.

Management treats customers poorly. They overcharge and have cut support. We have to lie to make sales and are treated like animals.
