What are some of the best things about your team?My team is hard working and has the customer's best interest at heart. They go above and beyond try to make the best out of bad situations.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Growth through acquisition is difficult but when there is a lack of communication with the acquired company, the top talent finds new jobs, and you are left with mediocrity. Customers notice the sudden lack of knowledge immediately.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Town Hall meetings are all about how the company is growing and making more money. However, the majority of workers are still grossly underpaid within the market space. They have done the market research, they should use it to pay people appropriately.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?The Executive Leadership Team has a small company mindset and big company dreams. They have not prepared the company for the rapid expansion by ensuring the necessary tools and processes are in place for success. Each new acquisition is a testament to how unprepared insightsoftware is.
