What is the best part about your compensation package?

Basic pay and other benefits.

It's as per the market standards

As per market, flexi part to save taxes.

Increase annually and benefits are good and don't go up a lot every year.

In the past, my bonuses were more generous. Now they are contingent upon factors I have no control over.

I am super excited about the "extra" benefits such as parental leave and career & professional development!

Parental leave. DMI is very progressive.
