What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency towards employees and community
No micro management, work done is always appreciated and rewarded
I like how the leadership team is approachable. They have an open door policy.
I enjoy leaderships drive to connect everyone and to make our experience better. They are open to change and to hear what we want as employees.
They are approachable if you want to have a discussion with them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should be more transparent.
Transparency. Honesty, being authentic and truly supportive of its employees.
Even though the companies started values say they care about their employees, their actions in regards to Healthcare, pto, educational training, and pay do not. Actions speak louder than words.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Basic pay and other benefits.
It's as per the market standards
As per market, flexi part to save taxes.
Increase annually and benefits are good and don't go up a lot every year.
In the past, my bonuses were more generous. Now they are contingent upon factors I have no control over.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

What are some of the best things about your team?
They hire very talented people.
We are all given the same opportunities. We are all driven and share the same core values and goals.
My immediate team is hardworking, ethical, team players even outside of our team.
We are all very close to one another and we all share the same work ethic. Not one of us works harder than the next person. Recruiting has done a good job hiring people with like goals.
Open communication, enjoyable conversations, gets things accomplished
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Educational training, yet the company makes you take pto in order to use it. Therfore no one uses the benefit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing much to share on this.
Best work culture, management is really helpful
No unnecessary politics is there.
people are generally very nice to each other and work well together.

It was a detailed interview in which we discussed about the industry in detail.
meeting everyone in one day.
The "open" approach my hiring manager took with me. She was very open about the role, the changes and what she felt the challenges were.
